Extrusion Cast Films From polymer resins, the materials are being melted in the extrusion die to produce high quality films for various type of application.

Extrusion Blown Films

the extruded polymers are being produced through blowing technique using a circular die to produce plastic tubes that can also be converted into single film..

FLEXIBLE PRODUCTS

Film Metallizing Through aluminium metal melting and vacuum evaporation, the melted metal is being transferred to the film surface (treated side) producing an aluminium like appearance of the film.

The Al-Sharq Flexible Packaging production facilities are comprised of 21 manufacturing machines (Extruders/Printing for Roto or Flexo, Lamination, Cutting Sealing, Metallizing, Slitting/Rewinding, etc. These include some of the largest and most technically advanced processing system in the Middle East.

Primarily, Al-Sharq Flexible Packaging is engaged in the production of polyethylene films products. The majority of Al-Sharq’s products are sold to the domestic markets, with approximately 16% of sales exported to customers in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and in Africa.
